PROJECT

Objectives
0-5 Years Project
The first five years of a child’s life are crucial to their development and educational success. The advantages of early intervention are numerous: they reduce school dropout rates, delinquency and serious behavioural disorders in addition to being much less costly for society. (Source: TÉO)
- Consolidate services for educational success.
- Improve parenting skills.
- Reach young parents from disadvantaged backgrounds.
6-16 Years Project
Several factors influence the educational path of young people aged 6 to 15. During this ten-year period, various interventions and projects can support student retention and reduce the risk of dropping out or failing at school. Remember that not having a diploma is a known cause of difficulties in social and professional integration, economic dependence and poverty, while having adverse effects on the labour market. 16+Years
From the age of 16, young people are faced with major choices in terms of educational path. This is a critical period, since school dropout increases from the age of 17 (Ministry of Education 2004). However, the absence of a diploma is recognized to cause difficulties in social and professional integration, and increases economic dependence and poverty, while having negative consequences for the labour market.
